We were looking for something to grab before heading for a four hour drive. I was not expecting anything fancy but this gem was hiding in a ghost kitchen. Omg. It was extraordinary genuine and delicious food. I’m not sure if they are Ozbek or Tajik but the pilaf and manti and sambosek were extremely delightful with tender and seasoned meat just right. I’m so selective about this cuisine and this was definitely the best I’ve ever had in the US including Chicago and new York.

Do yourself a favor and order food here at your earliest convenience! This place is an absolute gem. Even if you’re not typically an “adventurous” eater, you will love this food. The cuisine of Uzbekistan has influences from all over the world and is flavored with wonderful spices without being spicy. The spiciest dishes are still mild heat, but they are packed with flavors reminiscent of China, the Middle East, India, and even Europe!
